Stockport

We provide a wide range of services for people living in the Stockport area.

Community Support

Our support-workers are available to provide 121 support at home for children, young people and adults.

We also offer support in the wider community, and our support-workers are available to support people to get out and about and to try new activities. This could be anything from a walk to the local shops to taking part in a college course or a keep fit class.

We also offer small interest groups as part of our community support. These small groups give people the chance to come together with others who have similar interests and is a great opportunity to develop new friendships that go beyond the support we provide.

Residential Care

Our residential purpose-built care home is based in Cheadle.  If this is something that you’re interested to know more about then please contact us on 0161 432 1248

Day Service

Our specialist centre at Granville House in Heaton Moor provides a wide range of building based skills activities for adult service-users aged 18+ who have multiple disabilities and complex needs.

The service is open five days a week Monday to Friday 9-4pm.

We also offer a number of leisure groups that are available across the week where people can come together in a group to try out new leisure activities and develop new hobbies and friendships. These groups are available from Monday to Saturday and we also have a couple of evening groups for more social based activities such as a trip to the cinema or a meal out with friends.
