It’s the New Year and an ideal time to give something up. So why not set yourself a New Year’s challenge such as giving up alcohol, sugar, eating meat or it could even be starting something i.e. starting running and going from couch to 5k.
Whatever you choose, I’m sure you’ll feel the benefit and this will make a difference to you. You could also make a difference to people with disabilities by raising money for us during your challenge.
Give what you save
Add up all the money you’d normally spend on whatever you’re giving up and donate this as part of your fundraising.
Set up a Just Giving page and ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.
