Support Workers – Day Services (Heaton Moor)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent

Salary: £10.09 per hour

****Up to £500 sign on bonus – £250 when you start and £250 when you complete your probation period ****

We are looking for people  who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people,  either through previous roles in social care or  personal transferable life experiences.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Day Service team in Heaton Moor, Stockport to take a person centred approach, supporting individuals to take part in activity sessions within the Day Service and Community Groups to meet their requests and specified outcomes.

You will primarily work your hours Monday – Friday in our Day Services however, in order to meet service user’s needs some of your working week will include weekends and/or evenings. You will have a regular working pattern and receive your roster in advance so that you can plan your work/life balance.
