Cheddle Lodge is a warm, friendly and settled 13 bed home that provides person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex physical disabilities. It’s a calm and welcoming environment, where the home thrives on the strong, supportive relationships built between residents and staff and with families /parents / carers, creating a sense of stability, trust and genuine connection in daily life.
We’re looking for someone who reflects the warmth and steady pace of the home, and who can turn that care and connection into real momentum bringing the drive, confidence and leadership to lift the team, raise standards and deliver consistently high-quality support.
