We’re Supportability
Since 1953 we have been supporting children, young people and adults with a wide range of complex learning and physical disabilities. Our aim is to enable those with a learning and physical disability to live a fulfilled and independent life.
How do we help?
Put simply – we ‘Support’. We’re passionate about providing quality support services that enable those with complex learning and physical disabilities to access and use their inherent capabilities. Supportability enables those with a learning and physical disability to enjoy and take part in everyday life experiences.

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge..
We are looking for a night Support Worker to join the team at our Residential Service in Cheddle Lodge based in the town of Cheadle, which provides support to 13 adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people and share our values to make the residential service a home.

Do you have what we are looking for?
We are looking for a Support Worker to work Nights at our Residential Service in Cheadle, Cheddle Lodge, which provides support to 13 adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities. The night shift is 9.30pm – 7.30am.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people, either through previous roles in social care or personal transferable life experiences.
All we ask is that you have the values and the desire to engage with people to support their needs and enable them to pursue opportunities and interests with dignity and respect.
