At Supportability, we support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live fulfilling, active and independent lives. We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and caring Activities Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge and help deliver engaging activities that enrich the lives of the people we support
About the Role
As an Activities Support Worker, you will plan, organise and deliver meaningful activities tailored to individual interests, abilities and goals. From arts and crafts, music and sensory activities to community outings and life skills development, you’ll play a key role in helping residents enjoy new experiences, build confidence and maintain important social connections.
