We’re delighted to tell you that The Petersgate Tap in Stockport will be holding a virtual charity pub quiz with Supportability as the beneficiary, in celebration of this year’s CAMRA’s Stockport Beer Week.
You may remember that we were to be charity partner for the Stockport Beer and Cider Festival in May. Naturally this was cancelled due to the pandemic, which was a real blow for us in terms of the fundraising income we expected to generate over the festival. We are however, delighted to hear that Stockport Beer Week is still going ahead this year and we’re still able to be involved in some way.
So, whether you enjoy playing along with ‘who wants to be a millionaire’ at home or taking part in your local virtual pub quiz, why not have fun and enter a team? There will be some fabulous prizes to be won on the night!
The quiz will take place on Friday 2nd October at 19:30. To enter a team (maximum 4 members), simply donate a minimum of £5 using the Just Giving link here https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/SBW2020
The quiz will be held over Zoom and you’ll be sent the code on the night to enter the quiz room.
