Volunteer

We provide valuable support every year to disabled children, young people, adults and their carers but we always welcome the time and effort that our volunteers bring.

From cheering on a marathon runner to helping our fundraising team at a local event, any time and support you can provide will be truly appreciated. it doesn’t matter if it’s only a few hours – each and every hour is equally valued.

Hold your own Fundraising activity

If you prefer to hold your own fundraising activity and donate the proceeds to Supportability, there’s plenty of popular activities to choose from.  Why not hold a ‘Bake-Off’ cake sale or challenge your friends or work colleagues to an ‘Ice-Bucket’ challenge.

Or if you’re the active type who runs in local fun runs or half marathons, then  why not choose Supportability as your chosen charity and donate your raised amount to Supportability?

Why Volunteer?

Our volunteers are an essential part of our Charity.  And we understand with today’s pace of life, it’s sometimes difficult to find the time to volunteer.

However, volunteering can be a rewarding activity and bring real benefits to those who are able to donate even a little of their time.

Volunteering can mean finding and developing new friendships, getting involved in the local community or learning new skills that could even enhance your career.

Get in touch today to find out about our volunteering opportunities.
