Bank Support Workers (Day Opportunities)

Supportability is a sector leading Charity that provides high quality, person centred individual and group-based services for Children, Young People and Adults, where we believe people who have disabilities are equally valued and empowered to live full and rewarding lives.

We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our Day Service team in Heaton Moor, Stockport to take a person centred approach, supporting individuals to take part in activity sessions within the Day Service and Community Groups to meet their requests and specified outcomes.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting people, either through previous roles in social care or personal transferable life experiences.

All we ask is that you have the values and the desire to engage with people to support their needs and enable them to pursue opportunities and interests with dignity and respect.
