Supportability deliver services throughout Stockport but we also offer support to children, young people and adults with disabilities in and around the surrounding Local Authority areas including Derbyshire, Tameside, Trafford and East Cheshire.
Underpinning our approach is one simple ethos: we aim to work collaboratively with those to whom we provide support. This means that our support-workers and staff work ‘with’ our service-users so that they can take part in and fulfil daily life experiences effectively.
Whether its 121 support at home or enjoying day trips as part of a group with others that share your interests, or support in getting out and about in your local community as part of daily living, we can help.
We also offer support at our Day Skills Centre in Heaton Moor and at our purpose built Residential Home in Cheadle.
