We’re absolutely delighted to announce that the Morrisons Foundation has awarded us with a very generous £14,505 grant.
We applied for the grant to fund the essential replacement ceiling track hoist system for Cheddle Lodge our Residential Care Home. This is a much-needed piece of new equipment, which will enable us to move our residents in a way that’s both safe and comfortable for them and our care staff. At Cheddle Lodge we provide care for people with the most complex disabilities who need round the clock support and this equipment will be used regularly.
As a charity in the social care sector, we rely heavily on donations such as these to fund essential equipment for our disability services, and we’re extremely grateful to the Morrisons Foundation for their ongoing generosity and support, having previously funded a range of equipment for our specialist day centre for disabled adults.
