We are delighted to announce that we were awarded a donation by the Vernon Building Society from their Community Award fund. The donations are awarded based on a public vote so and we’re very thankful to all those who took the time to vote for us and of course to the Vernon Building Society for their commitment to supporting local charities and causes in Stockport.
It was a lovely evening, and it was amazing to hear what the other winners provide in terms of the great work that’s going on across Stockport to support all aspects of our community. We will be using the donation to support Wheelers; our adapted cycling project and the money will go to help support the costs of maintaining our adapted cycles.
