Looking for a place where you can learn something new, build confidence, explore your interests and connect with others? At The Hub in Heaton Moor, we provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where adults with multiple disabilities and complex needs can enjoy a wide range of meaningful activities, supported by our experienced and dedicated team.
Whether you’d like to develop new skills, express your creativity, stay active or simply spend time with others, we offer activities tailored to individual interests and abilities, including:
- Accessible yoga
- Accessible IT and technology sessions
- Cookery classes
- Arts and crafts
- Dance sessions
- Accessible music sessions
- Relaxation and wellbeing activities
- Gardening and growing fruit and vegetables
- Wheelers accessible cycling
There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local community. With support from our specialist staff, attendees can take walks to nearby parks, visit the local high street, or spend time at our allotment, where we grow fresh produce to use in our cookery sessions.
Every person who attends The Hub is unique. We take the time to understand each individual’s goals, interests and support needs, ensuring they can take part safely, confidently and at their own pace. Whether the aim is to make friends, gain independence, try new activities or simply have fun, we’re here to help make it happen.

Our pricing follows Stockport Council’s Day Service Framework (subject to change). Please note that transport to and from The Hub will need to be arranged independently.

Service Fees and Funding
We work hard to keep our services as affordable as possible. Some of our services are supported by grants from local authorities and charitable trusts, helping to reduce costs for the people who use them.
Many children, adults and families may also be eligible for funding through their Local Authority or Health Services.
