Our Saturday groups are very active and are a great way for people to stay fit whilst having fun with friends. These alternate each week offering a Walking Group and an Activity Group.

Saturday Walking Group

One of our most popular groups, we have a number of locations and walks which we can safely support you to take part in and enable people to enjoy the great outdoors. Our walks vary on toughness and distance so we decide on the day based on the consensus and abilities of the group as well of course the weather!

Saturday Activity Group

Our activity group varies each time, offering people a wide range of activities to enjoy such as:

  • Accessible cycling at Wythenshawe and Woodbank Park
  • Indoor bowling
  • Trips to the Chill Factore, the indoor ski slope
  • Visits to museums
  • Visits to the zoo

And, we often finish the day with a long walk in a lovely park.
